How much notice do you need for an order?
10–30 guests: 30 minutes. 31–60: 2 hours. 61–100: at least 1 day. 101–600: 4 days. Allow additional time for delivery and choose an available slot when ordering online.
Where can I collect, and do you deliver?
Collect from Hello Greek, 20 Rivermede Rd, Unit 1, Concord, ON L4K 3N3. We deliver within 15 km of the store, with delivery fees from $6 to $26 depending on distance. Our service is food pickup or delivery; event setup and serving staff are not included.
Can you cater for different dietary requirements?
Vegetarian choices include falafel and spanakopita. Vegan options are also available. Our chicken souvlaki, chicken YEE-RO and Chicago Style Gyro (Lamb & Beef) are halal. Gluten-free requests can be accommodated; contact us before ordering so we can discuss suitable dishes and your requirements.
Can I customise the food or get help with quantities?
Yes. Tell us how many people you’re feeding, what else you’re serving and any preferences. We’ll help you choose from the menu or discuss a custom order.
Are plates and serving utensils included?
